Company Background
A Hong Kong based publicly listed company in property development and related business. Our Client is seeking to recruit an experienced Serviced Apartment Manager to be based in PRC and this position reports to the General Manager of the Property Management.
Responsibilities
- Head up the department Property Management of Grade A Serviced Apartment with 700+ guest rooms
- Formulating and implementing asset enhancement works from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the Apartments’ day-to-day operation
- Prepare annual apartments’ budget and monitor expenses for the property.
- Monitor the properly running of the apartments’ equipment and system.
- Liaise with relevant departments and external suppliers/contractors on the time frame for projects and maintenance works being carried out within the apartment premise.
- Manage the tenants and maintain the property management operation at a high standard to achieve company’s objectives.
Requirements
- A degree in business management or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with serviced apartment or hotel. At least 3 years’ experience is with PRC market.
- Strong knowledge of PRC property management regulation and contracts.
- Hands on operation experience is required with detailed working attitude, strong customer service is preferred
- Dynamic and result oriented. Must have a strong passion for accomplishments and an ability to work under pressure. Excellent communications skills in both English and Chinese and Putonghua.
Remuneration
Compensation will be set at a level appropriate to the background, current position and current compensation of the successful candidate + bonus and other benefits.
