Our Client is a Hong Kong based publicly listed company in property development and related business.
Our Client is seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Office Leasing Manager to be based in PRC and responsible for leading the office leasing team. The position reports to the General Manager of the Property.

Responsibilities

The role will be broadly responsible for the following functions:
  • Formulating and implementing leasing strategies for the Company’s rental portfolio covering commercial properties.
  • Setting annual income targets for the office leasing team to attain maximum investment yield and manage all leasing activities.
  • Constantly keeping abreast of the most current leasing market information in PRC and championing innovative leasing initiatives.
  • Actively maintaining good relations with key tenants and establishing strong network with real estate agents.
  • Formulating and implementing asset enhancement works from time to time.
  • Working closely with property management and promotions teams in planning and directing high quality promotional programs for the Company’s assets.

Requirements

  • Degree in business management or equivalent with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience with prominent property developers or real estate agents.  At least 3 years’ managerial experience is with PRC market.
  • Strong knowledge of PRC leasing regulation and contracts.
  • Dynamic, result and details oriented. Must have a strong passion for accomplishments and an ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communications skills in both English and Chinese and Putonghua.

Remuneration

Compensation will be set at a level appropriate to the background, current position and current compensation of the successful candidate + bonus and other benefits.  Candidate with less experience will be considered as Leasing Manager.
