Overall Job Scope
Our Client is seeking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to be based in PRC and responsible for the whole set of accounting for their property portfolio. This position is reporting to CFO of the Property.
Key Responsibilities
The role will be broadly responsible for the following functions:
- Prepare the group consolidated financial accounting and to provide sound financial analysis and advice;
- Review management reports to ensure accuracy and prepare budget forecast;
- Assist in implementation and enhancement of internal control procedures;
- Assist in financial and business analysis for strategic planning and investment activities;
- Ensure compliance with corporate policy and legal regulations in both PRC and Hong Kong;
- Liaise with auditors, lawyers and regulatory bodies on statutory audit
