Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this position will play a critical role in developing and executing operational strategies, ensuring efficient and cost-effective production processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance across all facilities. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with deep expertise in the textile/apparel manufacturing industry and a proven track record in managing large, multi-national operations.
Requirements
- Graduate degree
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Extensive experience in the textile/apparel manufacturing industry
- Based in Hong Kong, with frequent travel to Vietnam, Cambodia, and China
- Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential
Remuneration
The remuneration package is approximately HKD 2.5 million per annum.
