Overall Job Scope
Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth and market expansion in Greater China and international markets for the company, leveraging expertise in pharmaceutical business development, market analysis, and client relationship management to drive revenue growth in alignment with the company's values and mission.
Key Responsibilities
The role will be broadly responsible for the following functions:
- Develop strategic plans to capitalize on growth opportunities and expand company’s market presence by conducting detailed market analysis specific to Greater China and international markets.
- Build and develop strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Prepare customized business proposals that meet the demands of clients. Cooperate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet regulatory requirements and market demands.
- Have close monitoring on sales performance vs forecast. Prepare detailed reports for senior management to inform decision-making and strategic planning for Company’s business development initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different regions to cultivate a culture of diversity and inclusion to drive successful business development initiatives.
